In addition, Ponent apartments have exclusive facilities, ensuring that your holiday in Lloret is one of total relaxation and comfort: a reception service in the same building, on-site parking with direct access from the same building, a lift to all floors, a solar panel system for energy saving, and an outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace on the top floor of the apartments, from where you can enjoy privileged views over all Lloret de Mar.

Because of their location, Ponent apartments are ideal for groups of friends and family holidays. During the peak summer period, the front rooms allow you to enjoy the festive atmosphere of Lloret, with several nearby bars and the most well-known nightclubs, such as the Tropics nightclub (just a 2-minute walk away), while the side and rear rooms offer peace and quiet. During the rest of the year, however, the area is basically residential. The on-site car park, as well as the proximity to the beach and the apartments´ amenities, also make the apartments perfect for travelling with children.

Comfort Apartments

Ponent apartments are designed to guarantee comfort and practicality during any type of stay in Lloret de Mar. The building where the apartments are located is modern, newly built, and has current facilities such as noise and temperature insulation or lifts on all floors.
The apartment interiors are also characterised by the quality of services and finishings, with high-end furniture, parquet floors, comprehensive appliances, large spaces and storage area. In addition, all apartments have a balcony or terrace, and some have a storage room. The proximity of the apartments to the beach and to the centre of Lloret allows you to enjoy the sea or to explore the local area on foot and at your leisure.

Reception


To guarantee an easy and pleasant entrance to the apartments, during the summer months the Ponent apartments have a reception service of 09-13 and a key collection of 17-20 h. In this period, the service is always offered in the same apartment building, specifically in the own parking lot, where the security guard provides the keys to the apartments and gives the necessary instructions to avoid doubts and possible concerns throughout the stay

Outdoor pool

Ponent apartments have a magnificent outdoor swimming pool located on the roof of the building, which can be reached either by stairs or lift. The measurements of the pool, approximately 5 m long x 5 m wide x 1.80 m deep, allow you to bathe comfortably and stay cool on the hottest days of the year. In order to guarantee peace of mind, the entrance to the swimming pool is for the exclusive use of clients, who can make use of it whenever they want totally free of charge. For family holidays, children are allowed access to the pool area under the supervision and responsibility of the adults accompanying them. Ponent apartments are designed to offer a holiday full of fun and relaxation for both children and adults!

Sun terrace

And to take full advantage of the good weather of the Costa Brava, there is a sun terrace on the roof of the apartments building. It is a very sunny space, and equipped with comfortable hammocks for sunbathing. The terrace is linked to the pool via a beautiful and practical wooden platform, which surrounds the entire perimeter. As with the swimming pool, only guests of Ponent apartments can access the sun terrace, free of charge, and via the building´s stairs or lift. In addition, from the pool area you can enjoy stunning views all over Lloret de Mar!A privileged and exclusive space in the heart of the city that can be enjoyed without leaving the apartments.

Private parking

All apartments have the option of a private paying parking space.The apartment block´s underground car park is a newly built space and located in the shopping area of Lloret, very close to city centre and the beach. It is in the same building and can be accessed directly from any floor, It is an ideal option for long stays or holidays with children, since it avoids the problem of having to look for parking and carry luggage. The car park has a daytime security service throughout the year, and 24-hour surveillance during the summer months. Reservation required.
